Zucchini patties are not just a perfect vegan recipe but something that you can have for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner


  • Zucchini grated 2 cups
  • Flour half cup
  • Parmesan cheese half cup
  • Eggs 2 beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese grated half cup
  • Onion chopped half cup
  • Vegetable or sunflower oil 2 tbsp


  • Take a bowl and all the ingredients in the water squeezed, dry, and grated Zucchini.
  • Mix it well (Here you can add any other spice as well to make your Zucchini spicy or with extra flavors)
  • Heat oil in the skillet over medium heat. Make the Zucchini Pattie shape and cook it on low flame until both sides and golden.
