Ingredients
- Zucchini grated 2 cups
- Flour half cup
- Parmesan cheese half cup
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese grated half cup
- Onion chopped half cup
- Vegetable or sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Take a bowl and all the ingredients in the water squeezed, dry, and grated Zucchini.
- Mix it well (Here you can add any other spice as well to make your Zucchini spicy or with extra flavors)
- Heat oil in the skillet over medium heat. Make the Zucchini Pattie shape and cook it on low flame until both sides and golden.
