- Seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions
- cut zucchini into 1/2″ slices. put flour in shallow bowl, 2 eggs and 2 Tb water in another shallow bowl and whish, and bread crumbs and Parmesan in a 3rd shallow
- bowl. Dredge zucchini in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Heat in airfryer at 400° for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Recipe Notes
actual recipe calls for a half a cup of flour and a third a cup each of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
