Chocolate is a favorite of mine so no surprise Chocolate Kodiak Muffins had to be tried right? Plus they are WW friendly so more bonus points.
I am on the MyWW Blue Plan, but they will work with MyWW Green Plan and MyWW Purple plan. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.)
CHOCOLATE KODIAK MUFFINS INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Kodiak Cake Chocolate Chip Power Cake Mix
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Baking Cocoa
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE WW KODIAK MUFFINS:
Grease your silicone muffin pan with oil, or line your muffin pan with muffin liners. I like silicone because there is no trash! I am sure I am not the only mom who has to worry about where the kids put their garbage!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and get started on mixing.
In a bowl combine all your wet ingredients and mix well with a whisk.
Next, mix in your dry ingredients except for your sprinkles and mix well.
