Ingredients
- 8 egg(0 Points
- 1 cup(1% low fat cottage cheese 3 Points
- 8 oz Cheese mozzarella, part-skim, shredded 19 Points
- 2 tsp dried oregano 0 Points
- 1 tsp baking soda 0 Points
- 1 1 ⁄2 cup sfresh cherry tomato(e0 Points
- 1 Tbsp canned tomato paste 1 Points
- 1 Tbsp low fat cream cheese 1 point
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 sprays cooking spray 0 points
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 385 degrees.
- Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, baking powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- mix the batter along with the tomato paste and cream cheese.
- Spread the batter into 12 muffin molds on a muffin plate.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes!
