Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cakes

Ingredients 

  • 1 ¼ cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 4oz. banana
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup of peanut butter powder, I use (weighed 84 grams)
  • 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 56 sugar free milk chocolate chips, or whatever you have.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 7 wells in either a muffin pan  or a mini brownie pan

Instructions 

Mash banana in a medium bowl, add pb powder, egg, milk, syrup and mix. Sprinkle in baking powder, whisk, then add oats and cinnamon, mix again. Using a level ¼ measuring cup of batter for each, then top with 8 chocolate chips per muffin.

Bake 20-25 minutes, remove from pan to cool.
