Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup of old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 4oz. banana
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup of peanut butter powder, I use (weighed 84 grams)
- 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
- ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 56 sugar free milk chocolate chips, or whatever you have.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 7 wells in either a muffin pan or a mini brownie pan
Instructions
Mash banana in a medium bowl, add pb powder, egg, milk, syrup and mix. Sprinkle in baking powder, whisk, then add oats and cinnamon, mix again. Using a level ¼ measuring cup of batter for each, then top with 8 chocolate chips per muffin.
Bake 20-25 minutes, remove from pan to cool.
