Weight Watchers oatmeal bread

Our oatmeal bread recipe is one of our favorite homemade breads! It’s soft and delicious, made with old-fashioned rolled oats, butter and a touch of honey.

Oatmeal bread

2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
4 cups quick oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp Splenda
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk

Mix all together and put in parchment lined bread pan, bake 40-50 mins on 350.

This is the base recipe but you can add berries, apples and cinnamon or whatever you like. Add extra Splenda for a sweeter bread.

I add banana usually.

I also do a carrot cake version. Where I replace half of my yoghurt with crushed pineapple then I add some shredded carrot and carrot cake seasonings.
