Weight Watchers Fluffy egg white blueberry protein pie

Three words: WORTH THE HYPE!!! Fluffy egg white blueberry protein pie is two weight watchers points for the whole pie.

Ingredients

  • 184 grams of egg whites (I used Great Value from the carton)
  • 2 stevia packets,
  • 1 tsp of white vinegar
  • 2 or 3 capfuls of Jordan’s Skinny Blueberry syrup
  • 30 grams of Blueberry Muffin whey protein powder (I like this one best)
  • handful of fresh blueberries.

Instructions

  • I took 184 grams of egg whites (Great Value from the carton) and added in 2 stevia packets, 1 tsp of white vinegar and 2 or 3 capfulls of Jordan’s Skinny Blueberry syrup (0 calories so didn’t log it), and I used a handheld frother to whip it up super well for about 2 minutes.
  • Once it formed stiff peaks, I folded in 30 grams of Blueberry Muffin protein powder and added that to a 6 inch round cake pan, and tossed in a handful of fresh blueberries. I baked at 400⁰ for 10 mins and it was SO good.
  • I’ll probably do 15 mins next time though because the well done crispyness on the top was SO good and I want more of that throughout.
