Weight Watchers Egg white protein buns

these egg white protein buns are zero weight watchers points each! Not sure if anyone else has tried the egg whites recipe this way but it is worth a shot! 

Ingredients

125 gm of egg whites from the carton
34 gm of unflavoured protein powder
salt
a half packet of stevia.

instructions

Whipped it to stiff peaks and blobbed it into circles on parchment lined cookie sheet and sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Baked at 400 for 8 mins.

voila burger bun, sandwich bread or bagel for cream cheese.
