Weight Watchers Coffee Frappuccino


  • 2/3 cup strongly brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons swerve sweetener
  • 1-2 tablespoons MCT oil (optional, not included in the nutritional info below)

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
