1 melt peanut butter 2 mix peanut butter, honey, oats, 1/2 of your chocolate chips, and 3 tbsp of water 3 spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray, and press the oat mixture into the bottom of the pan. 4 melt the rest of your chocolate chips, and spread evenly over the oat mixture. 5 refrigerate for an hour. cut into 15 pieces.
