Watermelon Salsa with baked lavash bread chips


Two points on weight watchers for this entire recipe- 35 chips are two points and the salsa is zero!

Watermelon salsa
2 1/2 cups watermelon, diced finely
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced, (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno seeded and diced finely
1 lime, juiced, (about 1-2 tablespoons) 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Baked lavash Bread chips
2 pts for the whole piece of bread- I got 35 chips out of it.
Cut the lavash bread with a pizza cutter, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle whatever seasoning you like.
*375 degrees for 5-7 mins
