- 1 piece of the stalk of green onions
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 1.5 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 container Fat free feta cheese
- 1 pack mini cucumbers
