Veggies with Feta cheese salad

I get 6 servings out of it. It’s 1 weight watchers point per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of the stalk of green onions
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 1.5 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 container Fat free feta cheese
  • 1 pack mini cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Chop up all the veggies-add the condiments and mix!
