Not even 1 weight watchers point for each giant serving. this Veggie omelet bake is healthy and delicious and almost point free!
Ingredients
- spinach tomato, mushrooms, green & red onions, 1 frozen bag tri colored bell peppers & onion. Fat free feta & Fat free cheddar, 1 dozen eggs.
Instructions
- Use Pam spray. Add veggies, then pour well beaten eggs. Fat free feta & Fat free cheddar on top. 350 degrees for 45 minutes. No oil or butter used.
- Made 6 giant servings in a deep 13×9 pan. Freezes well too!
