This Veggie Quiche is baker in a 9×13 pan, makes 6 servings and is 3 weight watchers points per serving.

- 10 item s (large),
- Kroger Lowfat cottage cheese 1cup s
- Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup s
- Cooked spinach
- 1 1/2 cup s
- Cooked zucchini 1cup s
- Cooked tomato es
- 1/2 cup s
- Jalapeno pepper s
- 1/4 cup s
- Garlic
- 2 medium clove s
- Fresh Selections Sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 3 oz Cooked
Instructions
- Add anything you want. I precooked all veggies and removed inner parts of tomatoes to avoid getting too watery, I’m not sure that is necessary but it turned out perfectly.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
