Ingredients
- 1/2 slice of American cheese
- bed of greens
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup cucumbers
- 1/4 cup bell peppers
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes.
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine salsa and yogurt.
- add greens, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes black beans corn; mix well. top with half a slice american cheese
