Strawberry cream Pie with graham cracker crust

One of my favorite things for Mother’s Day is strawberry pie. I was going to cheat and have it anyway this this year until I saw it was 18 pt per slice. So I found a way to make my own at only 4 pt per slice. It is amazing so I wanted to share. Enjoy.

Serves 8
Ingredients
Strawberries 4 cup(s) (raw), raw
Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 1 package(s)
Reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust 1 crust(s)
Water 2 cup(s)
1 package simply delish vegan jel dessert

Instructions
1 Slice strawberries and set aside
2  boil  1 cup water and add strawberry jel mix and stir until melted 

3 Mix 1 cup water with pudding mix and whisk until combined

4 Combine jell° mix with pudding mix and then add in strawberries.
5 Put mixture into prepared crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Top with SF FF cool whip if desired.
