Spanish rice

I know nothing about making Spanish rice, but here’s my low point version! Riced cauliflower, onions, bell peppers, black beans and salsa, all cooked down. I’ll add fat free Kraft cheddar for 1 point. Could also use some tortilla chips to scoop it up, but as-is here it’s 0 points!
