These snickers bar mini cakes I think have gotta be better than a snickers bar when you are feeling weak 😂 they taste really good, moist, chocolaty, pretty happy with the outcome. My plan was to just do eggs oatmeal and yogurt and almond milk if needed, plus toppings, but then i threw in the old banana that was on the counter and some applesauce. Trying to come up with something tasty and less prepackaged. So I just made up this recipe, hoping it will be a good replacement for snack bars. recipe makes 10 mini cakes and each one is three weight watchers points
Ingredients
- Pillsbury Sugar Free Chocolate fudge
- brownie mix
- 12 serving s (1/12 of the package)
- Cooked oatmeal
- 1 cup s
- Lily’s Dark chocolate mini baking
- chips
- 30 chip s
- Sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup s
- Plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup s
- Mott’s Unsweetened applesauce
- snack cup
- 1 container s
- Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained
- yogurt plain
- 1 cup s
- eggs
- 2
- ripe banana
Instructions
- Used cake liners and poured mixture divided evenly into 10 mini loaf pan tins. sprinkled almond slices on top evenly and mini chocolate chips. Baked at 350 for 20 min.
