Ingredients
- One tortilla
- 1/8 cup of the sugar free apple pie filling .
- i can’t believe it’s not butter cooking spray
- monkfruit
Instructions
- Unroll tortilla. Evenly Spoon about 1/8 of the apple filling into center of the tortilla. Fold dough over filling to form half-moon. Press edges together to seal and crimp edges with fork. spray with cooking spray butter and sprinkle with monkfruit.
- Bake at 375 degrees until crusts are lightly charred and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Reheat leftovers in 350°F oven for 5 minutes.
- I did mine on the stove with spray butter but an air fryer or oven would work too
- I like mine pretty crispy but you cook yours to your desired crispiness.
- You could also add some whipped cream for an extra point. Enjoy
