Ingredients
- 1 quaker apple rice cake
- 1/4 cup some unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 container light vanilla yogurt
- one strawberry
- dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- break up your rice cake into little pieces and pour into a glass.
- Add yogurt and milk.
- top with a strawberry and cinnamon
