Oh, lawdy! This is heaven on a plate cheesecake makes 6 servings at one weight watchers point per serving!
Ingredients
- Egg s
- 3 item s (large), large
- Jell-O Cheesecake reduced calorie
- instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 package s
- Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with
- erythritol classic 2 tsp
- Vanilla extract 1 Tbsp
- Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained
- yogurt plain 3 cup s
- All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Flour keeps the cheesecake a bit
- more stiff!
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, flour and monk fruit until blended well.
- Add in yogurt and box of pudding until well combined. Use mixer, when possible.
- 4 Spray a 6 inch spring form pan with non stick cooking spray and pour ingredients in
- 5 Bake for 35-40 minutes-depending on oven. Don’t let cheesecake brown.
- 6 Let cool for 15-20 minutes before covering and placing in refrigerator to cool.
- 7 You can use fruit topping of your choice, and/or cool whip topping.
