Skinny heaven on a plate cheesecake

Oh, lawdy! This is heaven on a plate cheesecake makes 6 servings at one weight watchers point per serving!

Ingredients

  • Egg s
  • 3 item s (large), large
  • Jell-O Cheesecake reduced calorie
  • instant pudding & pie filling
  • 1 package s
  • Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with
  • erythritol classic 2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 Tbsp
  • Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained
  • yogurt plain 3 cup s
  • All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp Flour keeps the cheesecake a bit
  • more stiff!

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 2 In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, flour and monk fruit until blended well.
  3. Add in yogurt and box of pudding until well combined. Use mixer, when possible.
  4. 4 Spray a 6 inch spring form pan with non stick cooking spray and pour ingredients in
  5. 5 Bake for 35-40 minutes-depending on oven. Don’t let cheesecake brown.
  6. 6 Let cool for 15-20 minutes before covering and placing in refrigerator to cool.
  7. 7 You can use fruit topping of your choice, and/or cool whip topping.
