I love this Zero point weight watchers Skinny Burrito bowl. Imagine eating an entire bowl like this and not having to sacrifice one point?? It’s not only zero points but filling and delish!
Ingredients
- Lettuce as much as I want because it’s free
- 1/2 bag riced cauliflower o points
- 1/2 can beans
- 1 tablespoon store bought pico
- 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato diced
Instructions
- Just combine all ingredients and layer in the bowl to your liking!
Recipe Notes
I have this almost everyday but switch out cheese with guacamole. When I can find cilantro and green onions I use those as well. Just add salt and pepper. But you certainly could add anything you want. I like the clean taste
