- Unsweetened frozen raspberries

- Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol 3 tablespoons
- 1/4 packet sugar free vanilla pudding
Instructions
- 1 Tear bread and place in 9×9 Pyrex dish. Top with 1 1/2 cup raspberries.
- 2 Make custard. Blend eggs, milk, and 1/2 cup raspberries and monfruit sweetener.
- 3 Pour over bread and fruit.
- 4 Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
