RECIPE:
1 pound boneless, skinless Chicken Breast- diced
1 cup Light Shredded Cheese
2 cups Broccoli- chopped
3-4 tablespoons Bacon Bits
4 tablespoons Whole Milk
1 Ranch seasoning packet
4 ounces Light Cream Cheese
In a large skillet, add the diced chicken and cook through. Add the cream cheese, whole milk and ranch. Stir to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook covered until cooked through.
Sprinkle on the bacon and cheese and cover until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
