INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp PBfit Original (you absolutely need this on your Weight Watchers arsenal!)
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix yogurt and PBfit Original together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total).
- Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover. Garnish with peanuts and/or salt, if desired. Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is
