This Peanut Butter Chocolate Baked Oats recipe is the perfect breakfast or snack! And if you follow weight watchers it is two points for the entire recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp PB2 add 1.4 Tbsp water
- Just under 1 Tbsp Lilly’s Milk choclate chips 19 chips
- 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together except the PB and choclate chips.
- Pour into a small mug size oven safe dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix the water and PB2 to create a smooth peanut butter. Add peanut butter to the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add chocolate chips for the last two minutes if you want them melted. Top with syrup.
- Serves One!
