Peanut Butter Chocolate Baked Oats -two points for the entire recipe on Weight Watchers

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Baked Oats recipe is the perfect breakfast or snack! And if you follow weight watchers it is two points for the entire recipe!

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp PB2 add 1.4 Tbsp water
  • Just under 1 Tbsp Lilly’s Milk choclate chips 19 chips
  • 1 tbsp sugar free syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except the PB and choclate chips.
  2. Pour into a small mug size oven safe dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Mix the water and PB2 to create a smooth peanut butter. Add peanut butter to the top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add chocolate chips for the last two minutes if you want them melted. Top with syrup.
  5. Serves One!
