Ingredients
- 1 packet peach jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups peach or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
- 1–2 cups chopped peaches
- Optional: crushed biscuits or granola
Instructions
- Dissolve the peach jelly in boiling water.
- Stir in the cold water.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Mix the yogurt with the jelly mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream if using.
- Add chopped peaches.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours until creamy and thick.
