Peach Yogurt and Jelly Slop

Ingredients

  • 1 packet peach jelly
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups peach or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • 1–2 cups chopped peaches
  • Optional: crushed biscuits or granola

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the peach jelly in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the cold water.
  3. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Mix the yogurt with the jelly mixture.
  5. Fold in whipped cream if using.
  6. Add chopped peaches.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours until creamy and thick.
