This creamy fruit salad is a satisfying summer dessert, but it’s also a family-favorite treat at Thanksgiving. My mother-in-law brought this dish to every family function.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- Optional: grapes, kiwi, pineapple
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
