Cream Cheese Fruit Salad

This creamy fruit salad is a satisfying summer dessert, but it’s also a family-favorite treat at Thanksgiving. My mother-in-law brought this dish to every family function.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • Optional: grapes, kiwi, pineapple

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  3. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Gently fold the fruit into the cream mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before serving.
