Makes: 16 bites

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz) reduced-fat crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz light Brie cheese (or light mozzarella wedges if light Brie isn’t available)
  • ¼ cup no-sugar-added raspberry or apricot preserves
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
  • Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water), optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease or line a mini muffin pan.
