CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS

I first started making these bars for family movie nights because they were easy to prepare ahead of time and always disappeared faster than cookies. They have that irresistible sweet-and-salty combination that feels comforting, nostalgic, and just a little bit indulgent. Whether it’s a rainy weekend or a busy weekday when everyone deserves a treat, these bars never disappoint.

They’ve also become one of my favorite desserts to bring to holiday gatherings, bake sales, neighborhood potlucks, and birthday parties. They’re sturdy enough to travel well, slice beautifully, and look impressive with almost no effort. That’s always a win in my book.

If you’re looking for an easy Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars recipe that delivers incredible flavor with just a handful of ingredients, you’ve found it. Every bite has crunchy buttery pretzels, silky caramel, and smooth chocolate that come together into one unforgettable dessert.

  8. Sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  10. Slice into 16 bars and enjoy.

Tip: For even fewer WW Points, cut the pan into 20 small bars, bringing each serving to around 3–4 Points.
