Nut & Seed Healthy Fat Bread

Thin slices of our Nut & Seed Healthy Fat Bread would be GORGEOUS and so enjoyable sitting on your next charcuterie board!

Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 1/4 cups raw sliced almonds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 320 degrees f. and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, crack your eggs and whisk together with the sea salt.

Add in all of the nuts and seeds then stir very well to combine.

Transfer the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes

Allow to completely cool on a rack before slicing.

Store leftovers in slices between parchment paper in a sealed container in your freezer for up to 2 months. Toast before serving
