No bake chocolate Peanut butter cups

Only three ingredients too and one weight watchers point each! recipe makes 12

Ingredients

  • 120 Semi Sweet Sugar Free Chocolate Chips I use Lily’s
  • 6 tsp peanut butter powder mixed with water
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. use 12 cupcake liners, microwave safe plate. Add 10 chips to a cupcake liner, place on microwave safe plate (if you don’t use a plate your chips will burn)
  2. Microwave for 10 seconds
  3. Freeze chocolate for 3 minutes after putting on the bottom. Top with a banana slice and 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter.
  4. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Repeat these steps for each of the 12 servings
