Mayonnaise and Parmesan–Coated Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts4
Grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup

Seasoning salt1 teaspoon
Garlic powder1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry. Place them in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, black pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  • 1–1½ lb (500–700 g) chicken breasts or boneless thighs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or fresh parsley
