Individual peanut butter cheesecakes with chocolate chips

I made 2 point peanut butter cheesecake dessert. I decided to make 4 servings instead of six. I also added 1 additional tbsp of the pb powder for a more peanut butter taste. Still only 2 points!

taste so yummmm!!

I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for Beginners


  • Hershey’s Kitchens Sugar free chocolate chips 3 Tbsp
  • Jell-O Cheesecake reduced calorie instant pudding & pie filling 1 package s
  • Oikos Anything but plain blended Greek yogurt 1 cup s
  • Simple Truth Organic Original powdered peanut butter 2 Tbsp
  • Blue Diamond Almonds Almond Breeze Unsweetened vanilla almondmilk 1 cup s
  • Fiber One 70 Calorie
  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie 1 brownie s


  1. Take the 1 Fiber one Brownie and cut into 6 pieces. crumbled each piece into the bottom of a 1/2 size jelly jar. I mixed t 1 cup FF yogurt, 1 cup Almond milk, 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder and 1 small package of SF cheesecake instant pudding mix. Mix the pudding, spoon into 6 dessert jars. And top with chocolate chips!
  2. Each peanut butter cheesecake is three weight watchers points!
