Homemade Tomato Cheese Personal Pizza

1 weight watchers point per serving pizza or 4 points for the entire pizza! this recipe makes four large pieces – each serving is one point! this is perfect for pizza night! and i love that it features homemade tomato sauce!

Instructions

  1. Make sure to flour your counter and pin before rolling out your dough.
  2. You mix 1/2 a cup of plain 0 percent fat free Greek yogurt with 1/2 a cup self rising flour, mix, knead and let it sit covered in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Then spray the baking sheet with a little vegetable oil (so the bottom gets nice a crispy) roll it out and bake it in the oven at 360 for 9 minutes.
  4. Now for the zero point tomato sauce
  5. Fresh tomatoes, fresh onion, fresh garlic, and grated Parmesan which is zero points for a tablespoon! I put everything in the blender you can add any kind of dried herbs such as parsley basil etc. to your taste!
  6. Now take your baked pizza crust Add the Homemade sauce with fat free mozzarella cheese to the baked pizza crust and put it back in the oven at 375 for about 15 mins until the cheese is melted.
