Healthier Peanut Butter Cups

It’s THAT time of year. And these Healthier peanut butter cups will satisfy that Candy candy candy craving. Recipe makes 44 peanut butter cups and each is just 1 point! leave them in the freezer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 full scoops chocolate protein powder
  • Approx 3 cups PB2
  • 1/2 cup Lily’s sf milk choc baking c

Instructions

  1. Mix together, starting with just 2 cups pb2, adding enough to make a dough you can form into balls.
  2. I used Med sized scoop and got 44 balls.
  3. Put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze until firm–couple hours
  4. Melt about 1/2 cup Lily’s sf milk choc baking chips with a drizzle of evoo until melted and smooth.
  5. Drizzle some over each ball. Before the choc sets I like to add a couple “grains” of coarse salt.
