- -1/8 tsp baking powder.
- -2 tbsp peanut butter powder .
- -2 tsp sugar substitute.
- Topping-
- -1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- -1/2 tsp sugar substitute.
- -1/2 tsp fat free cool whip .
Instructions
- Cake- Mix egg, baking powder, peanut butter and sugar substitute in a microwave safe mug.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Topping- Mix peanut butter powder sugar substitute and cool whip.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Stir and top cake.
- Enjoy!
