all you do is take a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper down on it or use an ice cube tray. It you use a baking sheet you dump and spread the yogurt of your choosing evenly and then put fruit of your choosing on it. I personally like bananas and berries. Stick in the freezer until frozen and then break up and put in a freezer bag or Tupperware. If you are short on freezer space put a little yogurt in the ice cube tray and then add fruit and then add yogurt. I shake it or use a tooth pick to get the yogurt down all the way and get the air bubbles out. Once frozen, pop the cubes and put in a freezer bag. I prefer the cubes because you can hold them and suck on them. I’ve been doing this for years because I’m a diabetic and this helps with my sweet tooth cravings.
