Ingredients
- Sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup s
- Dole Tropical Gold Frozen pineapple
- chunks no sugar added
- 1/2 bag s
- Coconut extract
- 1 tsp
- Publix Plain nonfat yogurt
- 2/3 cup s
- Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets
- 3 packet s
Instructions
- Just toast the coconut at 250 and keep stirring as it toasts. Mix yogurt, sweetener, and coconut extract. Dip pineapple into yogurt then toasted coconut. I froze to store, but leave out a few minutes before eating because they’re hard.
