1. Take coleslaw mix…add sugar free poppyseed dressing…and avocado or diced apples! Let it sit overnight or for a couple hours at least. Delicious, healthy, and low in points!
  2. *3 points for the avocado; I used 85 grams; I also used 2 cups of the cole slaw and 6 tbsp of the skinny girl salad dressing…0 points for those.

I have done this with the Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado dressing. I buy the mixed coleslaw and thinly slice onions. Add dressing, salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Let it sit several hours or overnight. Delish!!
I have also added a little apple cider vinegar for a tangy flavour. It’s good too.
