Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Drain juice from 20 oz of pineapple chunks.
- Combine contents of the angel food cake box and 1 and 1/4 cups of water and pineapple chunks in a mixing bowl.
- Stir contents of the mixing bowl so that the pineapple chunks get distributed evenly.
- Use cooking spray to coat muffin tin.
- pour batter into two trays filling 24 standard sized muffin tin cups.
- Put trays in the oven for thirty minutes or until a knife can be inserted into the muffin and come out dry.
