Easy Homemade Hummus

You can make a huge bowl of it for the cost of a small container! And the best part it is zero points for me on Weight Watchers PP (I don’t use the tahini)


  1. 1 can chickpeas (I rinsed and disposed of the aqua faba accidentally. I would reserve about 1/4 cup going forwarded.) I used 1/4 c water instead) 1/3 cup tahini, chili powder, cumin, roasted garlic, 1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice and kosher salt. Blended all together. Then added additional garlic and sprinkled paprika on top.

Recipe Notes

For even creamier Hummus. Drain (i save the liquid and use in place of water) Place in small part cover with water. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Boil for 25 minutes. Rinse and drain. Follow your standard recipe. It comes out so silky.
