This Easy Banana Custard is a nice change up on your usual egg breakfast ! Ok, so I tried the banana and egg mixture in the microwave for a kind of egg custard or banana bread pudding dessert. And it was delish! no flour or bread required!! It is a simply recipe which just so happens to be zero points on weight watchers and all you need are three ingredients and a microwave!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- I mashed two bananas ( not overly ripened) in a bowl. I added two eggs and mixed / scrambled all together. I added a little cinnamon on top and put into the microwave for 3 minutes. It came out fluffy and light. zero weight watchers points for the bowl.
