So I’m not a fan of yogurt at all but mixed these three ingredients together you get chocolate pudding for a total of 0 points , perfect for my chocolate cravings. I didn’t measure anything just add to your taste . My new favorite desert with no guilt.
the regular one scans as 1 point for me. this is the Dutch one and is 0 points The great value and Trader Joe’s ones are also 0 from scanning
as you see it’s 100 percent coco it does have a darker taste but when you add the swerve it equals it out to a nice chocolate taste
