I loved this Cucumber Dill salad before Weight Watchers and it’s definitely become a staple. And the best part it is 0 points!
Instructions
- 1 Cuccumber (I used 4 minis here)
- A “dollop” (about a 1/4 cup) of fat free plain Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is fine but this is what I had)
- 1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of dill (fresh is better but I always use dried)
- Splash of lemon juice (maybe a table spoon or 2?)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
