In my crock pot I added:

-boneless chicken

-carrots, diced celery, diced red potato

-unsalted chicken broth

-great value pot roast seasoning

-kinders woodfired chicken seasoning

I cooked it in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and then I shredded the chicken with a fork 🍴

My bowl has:

-6 oz of boneless chicken 0WW points

-3/4 cup carrots 0WW points

-3/4 cup red potato 0WW points

-1/4 cup unsalted chicken broth 0WW points

-1/4 cup celery 0WW points

I’m having 2 Kroger carbmaster rolls with my dinner for 3WW points.

My dinner tonight is 3WW points, 66 grams of protein, and 525 calories!
