-great value pot roast seasoning
-kinders woodfired chicken seasoning
I cooked it in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and then I shredded the chicken with a fork

-3/4 cup red potato 0WW points
-1/4 cup unsalted chicken broth 0WW points
-1/4 cup celery 0WW points
