A 10-MINUTE SIDE DISH RECIPE
Honey Butter Skillet Corn is the kind of side dish that is perfect when you don’t want to be fussing over it too much. Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen corn kernels
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 oz light cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the frozen corn to a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the butter and cook for about 4–5 minutes until the corn is heated through.
- Add the honey and cream cheese pieces. Stir until the cream cheese melts and becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is smooth and creamy.
Serving
Divide into 6 servings.
