How to Make Our Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Cauliflower Bake
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until just cooked through. Season lightly.
- Steam or blanch cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until just tender; drain well.
- Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine chicken, bacon, cauliflower, and sauce in a large bowl.
- Transfer to the baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
