  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets

Creamy Sauce

  • ¾ cup cream cheese or light cream cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or light cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

How to Make Our Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Cauliflower Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until just cooked through. Season lightly.
  3. Steam or blanch cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until just tender; drain well.
  4. Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine chicken, bacon, cauliflower, and sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer to the baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
