My favorite ONE weight watchers point dessert!! (If that because I didn’t use a full serving of cream cheese spread)
Ingredients
- La Banderita Carb Counter® Street Taco Flour Tortilla-0 points FYI 3 OF THESE tortillas ARE 1 point.
- Cream cheese spread- 1 1T which I didn’t use bc I didn’t have enough left
- Parkay-0
- Swerve confectioners sugar- 0
- Lily’s dark chocolate chips 13 of them- 0
- Churro seasong- 0
Instructions
- I just made a little mix of the cream cheese, spray butter, & confections sugar to put on the inside of the tortilla & sprinkled some of the churro seasoning in there & placed the chocolate chips. I rolled it up & sprayed it with Parkay & sprinkled more churro seasoning on top, I microwaved it but it’s good fried in a pan too with Parkay. Topped with confectioner’s sugar.
