Copycat Red lobster cheddar biscuits

made it today and it literally tasted like Red Lobsters cheddar biscuits. but less calories! and sooo delish! These are two weight watchers points each.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup fat free Shredded cheddar cheese I used Mexican blend
  • 2 eggs
  • tsp sea salt
  • Pinch of oregano not in recipe, I added
  • Everything Bagel seasoning
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and scoop ( I used 1/4 measuring cup) and put on greased with cooking spray parchment paper, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on each one before putting in oven.
  2. This made about 8 for me. Bake at 370 for 28 min
