made it today and it literally tasted like Red Lobsters cheddar biscuits. but less calories! and sooo delish! These are two weight watchers points each.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup fat free Shredded cheddar cheese I used Mexican blend
- 2 eggs
- tsp sea salt
- Pinch of oregano not in recipe, I added
- Everything Bagel seasoning
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix all together and scoop ( I used 1/4 measuring cup) and put on greased with cooking spray parchment paper, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on each one before putting in oven.
- This made about 8 for me. Bake at 370 for 28 min
